Por Daowadung Hotel - Chiang Mai

I couldn't understand why there were no steps into the pool. It must be for the 'exclusivity'. When i brought it up, surely they would ve given me a complimentary upgrade or something like that, but nope, just regular service. Shocking.

My room included climate control, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge. The service was excellent, including a savoury breakfast with both more european options, excellent coffee😀

It was immaculately clean, and the people were very very helpful.

The location is great, super close to Chiang Mai Town 😍 The staff is super accommodating and the breakfast is a nice treat but the walls are thin, so you can hear everything at night.

The pool area was a serene escape.

Unfortunately, I found the bathrooms had a damp smell. While the breakfast had good options, the dining area was crowded during peak hours was nice. I also noticed some areas in need of updates, with the decor feeling a bit dated, disappointing for the overall ambiance.

Comfortable and ideal hotel in a nice enough area near to yummy food places, the night markets and the center. The a double room was fantastic with patio on 4th flr, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Tasty selection for breakfast with excellent coffee and also a various dishes.

Everything was modern, personnel was very helpful and best. The breakfast was savoury and provided with excellent coffee and both more european options. The room was huge & soundproof with Tv and patio. The service was very good...

Space to unwind after a day of exploring. Every morning, I enjoyed the delicious breakfast options. Finding a quiet seat during peak hours was a bit challenging, as the dining area filled up quickly.

The personnel was excellent and gentle.

Couldn't recommend more for a getaway

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a lovely complimentary breakfast choice that fueled our exploring adventures. The saltwater pool was a refreshing treat after a day of sightseeing, and the convenient location just a short distance from the nearest airport was perfect for our travel plans.

Very clean space. Super friendly staff. Great European breakfast with delicious croissants. Relaxing atmosphere around the pool area. Laundry facilities were free and convenient.

The location was ideal, just a ten-minute walk from the old town filled with quaint shops. The pool area was a serene escape, and the complimentary coffee and refreshments were a good perk.

It was just a strong match for a transient visit in Chiang Mai with reasonable price. I appreciated the refreshing saltwater pool, a nice escape after a day out. Bring your own toiletries since there are no shelves in the bathroom.

The room was spacious with large windows and good lighting. Breakfast by the pool had a great spread, including handmade dishes and baked goods. The free snacks and drinks available all day were a good surprise-it reminded me of a mini-vacation within a vacation!
